Fruit for this wine was sourced from quality vineyards around South Eastern Australia where riper fruit parcels were specifically selected to achieve a style rich in body and flavour.Fruit for this wine was picked in the cool of the night, to ensure that maximum varietal flavour and freshness of character was retained. The wine was fermented cool to retain the fruit and then and aged on oak for additional complexity and flavour. It contains 14% alcohol by volume.
